SHAANXI AUTOMOBILE GROUP
The headquarters of Shaanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as “SAGC" or SHACMAN) is located in Xi’an City of Shaanxi Province. It was founded in 1968 and produced first “Yan’an” SX250 heavy duty military off-road truck, which ended the history of “No truck for artillery” for the Chinese military troops. Since its foundation, the corporate has manufactured over 600,000 vehicles of diversified types, making great contribution to China’s national defense construction and development of national economy and society. Its military truck has successively participated in the 35th, 50th and 60th anniversary ceremonial military review on National Day and won a series of commendation by the State Council and the Military Commission of the CPC Central Committee.
Over the past four decades, SAGC has developed into one of the domestic large-scale automobile enterprise groups with over 33,000 employees, covering an area of 6.2 million square meters and a total asset of 29.2 million RMB.
